Hi, so we've just had our Qashqai returned from the bodyshop after a car rear ended us. I've taken a close look today and I'm pretty unhappy with the result, however I can't remember if this is normal.

A complaints been raised, however I'd like to sanity check my concerns with you all.

Firstly, I've got holes in the boot trim that look like they should have bolts securing the plastic trim:

I think a third hole in the middle is missing a bolt too, however I'm not 100%:

That plastic cover definitely doesn't feel as solid as it did.

Secondly, there is a noticeable gap between the boot rubber seat and the bumper, and I can clearly see the middle clip, which don't look properly attached.

That's not normal right?

Amias's post reformatted so others can see the pictures - I can't check since I sold mine last year:

The both plugs should be there indeed.
The rubber is to far away. Was it clipped on the right ridge?

Try editing your post, and remove all those first images, which just show text.

Rear ended.

Insurance company's repair house have replaced the whole back side. But obviously forgotten parts and not aligned or assembled it correctly.

I would contact your insurance to discuss the issue.
You could suggest to return to your dealer to make right what has been repaired wrong and the insurance should cover for the costs.
