Hi there. New member here from South Africa.

Have a 2017 J11 QQ with a rebooting Nissan Connect issue.

I managed to download and install the 605 firmware update successfully but the NC still keeps rebooting as before. Any other suggestions?

A factory reset too, now you have the latest software?

I don't think the firmware update will sort out your reboot problem. What firmware number was you on before you updated to D605

I have a 2018 J11 qashqai on Firmware F16A and hardware version 037.
Most features work fine with the exception of Bluetooth. It connects without issue to any phones but audio playback can randomly cut out when using any apps like Spotify, YT music etc to stream from the phone over Bluetooth. It can happen at any time, sometimes several times in a few minutes, sometimes not for days or weeks. To resolve, you have to turn the radio off and back on and Bluetooth resumes playing instantly. Is there a fix (firmware or other) for this issue?

A secondary problem is that the audio playback over Bluetooth is exceptionally low and requires the master volume to be turned up to around 25 or more to hear anything. Then once you go to Radio or CD, it is extremely loud. I'm wondering if there's a fix to normalise this too? (Note that the volume is fine for phone calls)

Also, does anyone know what the latest version of the F16A series of firmware is?

Not sure on your firmware but you won't get any updates for it now. As for sound volume have you gone through your settings on the connect system

Yes, I found the one related to Aux and it being quiet, loud etc but it doesn't seem to matter which it's set to.

I would like to know if I can update a software F16A hardware 038 in Qashqai 2018 I have a SD card slot that came with SD card but I don't have a navigation map and when i go to that secret menu it doesnt recognize the SD can I update with a USB stick or do I need to buy a new SD card and I don't have warranty

no updates for your system, as for sd card grab the last ever maps release from nissan it`s V7 maps card expect to pay around £15 - £30 for a map card
