You cannot update yours from the update that is in this thread. It,s for the older connect system. I'm sure yours can be done over wifi when the release an update.

Hi, just to say thanks to you all. I purchased a 2015 Tekna in April and have been suffering from the resetting of the Connect system. I did the firmware update today using the download link and instructions in this thread and everything is now working as it should be. Thanks again. Steve.

Is there any point in doing the software update if I don't have any issues with the connect 3?

I have just collected my 67 plate QQ Tekna+ CVT from my local Nissan dealer. I've only had it 2 months it was in for the I.C.E fault of shutting down and rebooting without any reason or input from me. The Nissan service team told me that there is no update for my system I am running software level F16A and that I should consider getting a new I.C.E. system. Does this sound right, or are they fobbing me off? I read earlier in this thread that my system is possibly the development hybrid Connect 3 Evo 7 are there any updates for this can anyone provide me with any details.
Thanks Colin

Welcome to this forum

I suspect they're "fobbing you off" as you put it.

Perhaps try another dealer if you have an extended warranty?
