Ive got this problem now. Ive used brake cleaner to spray into the pipe. So do i leave it soak for an hour or 2 or over night before i try the brake the cable wit drill. Or is compressed air better than the brake cable? Or is it all trial an error?

I had this same fault since November with all the warning lights coming on. Tried cleaning out sensor pipe but fault never cleared. Bought sensor from eBay but still no joy and it actually added an out of range fault! Wasn’t sure what to try next but had a thought to try some kind of additive or cleaner. Went with Wynns diesel EGR valve cleaner and Cataclean. Removed the ‘new’ sensor , sprayed the egr cleaner into pipe. Then followed instructions to apply spray which requires the air filter to be removed. Also ran engine with sensor off and could clearly see exhaust gases coming out so pipe clear. I refitted the original sensor.
Followed instructions and then ran car and cleared error codes. This was last Sunday and all warning lights have been clear since with no issues at all!
The spray cost a tenner from Halfords and the Cataclean additive was £16 but not sure this helped clear the faults.
Don’t normally post on forums but had to share this fix as it has been driving me mental for months.
Where did u spray when removing air filter and what did u spray?

so you have removed the pipe from the back of the engine ok, use copper pipe or something flexible, spray brake cleaner ans use compressed air to blow it out the pipe once you have loosend it a bit

No havent been able to remove the pipe. Managed to get a brake cable all the way down the pipe. Sprayed loads of carb cleaner down the pipe. Been cleaning it out on the car the last few days as the missus still drives the car to work. Bought new sensor and replaced. Ive reset light but minutes after driving it red light comes back so i repeat the process the next day. The car is a 2012 j10

Ive also used compressed air during cleaning. The compressed air ive used is from an electric home compressor wouldnt be industrial as in like a mechanics set up.

Pipe needs to come off to be able to clean it.

Ive cleaned the pipe on the car with brake cable, no soot on the cable when i take it out of pipe. Lets say the pipe is unblocked but still gettin same error on code reader any idea what else it could be? Ive also replaced the sensor. My mechanic is on holidays for 2 weeks so cant get to him
