In my old car (Juke), the engine remained off for nearly 5 minutes before it would start back up.
I've now got a 2019 1.3 Qashqai and the auto start stop barely stays on for 1-2 minutes before the engine turns on again. Is this normal? This is with even the AC and seat warmer off.
I was facing other battery voltage issues so I replaced the battery as the car is old anyways but the engine doesn't turn off for nearly as long as the Juke.
I can't even listen to the radio for 5 minutes without the car shutting off "Power turned off to save the battery", on the Juke I could listen to the radio for as long as I wanted without it throwing messages, admittedly it didn't have a LCD screen in the dashboard.
Could you guys let me know how long your engine remains off or if you could time it next time?
