Hi, my daughter has a 2008 all wheel drive 2.0ltr diesel. Recently changed the heater blower because it packed in. Then no heat, so changed the thermostat, still no heat. The technician said it is the coldest engine he has ever seen. It just does not get hot. What can be the issue?
