Problem with losing power when I accelerate

Hi, I have a Nissan Qashqai J10 2008 2.0 DCI 110kw 4x4. I have a problem with losing power when I accelerate, but this does not happen always. If I accelerate sometimes it loses power at 2000rpm and after leaving the throttle and Waith a couple of seconds accelerating again all is normal. Does not happen the same always. Is there someone who had this problem? Thanks!

I am having the same problem these days. I have 2014 Nissan Qashqai. This does not happen always but sometimes the car stalls at low speeds, even after pushing the accelerator hard it does not move. After waiting it starts to work again as usual. I checked the diagnostics and its showing the following errors
