Clutch kit unavailable in UK

Hey, new here and looking for advice. The clutch on my 2018 J11 (late 2018 and newer engine type) went on 22/12/23 late at night (on the A1). It appears there are no clutch kits available in the UK, or Holland (where I’m told they are made). My car is in bits in the mechanics and I have no idea when it will be finished. I’m due to drive to France on 19th Jan with my kids for a holiday and at a loss what to do as have no vehicle. I have contacted Nissan but not had any success or resolution. Thanks in advance

My only suggestion is to check whether a Renault clutch kit will work
