can anyone tell me please how to turn on the stop start feature on a 2023 mild hybrid automatic, mine just shows off all the time

It should be set to on by default and you turn it off by using the button on the right hand side of the steering column.

It could well be off because the battery charge level is not high enough to guarantee restart. The manual may tell you which battery is required and how you might charge it.

Thanks guys. Finally got it sorted. Don't ask me how, but it is now working
