My Qashqai J12 is dead

My Qashqai is dead, 27000 km and had Engine malfunction error while driving and it wont start after that. Nissan asistance gave me rent a car for 3 days and afrer that its on me. Dealer said repair will be minimum 2 weeks.

Which J12 do you have ?
1.3 petrol or 1.5 e-power ?
Manual transmission or automatic ?

1.3 160 ps CVT and they don't know what is wrong.

Isn't that a dead 12V battery? That's how it sounds to me (also the dashboard resetting also suggests it completely looses power during ignition).

Of course, I may be wrong.

No, the battery was fine, they solved problem today with a used fuel pump, installed it and the car now works. They ordered new one and they will call me for installation when it arrives.
