cruise control Not appearing on the screen

Hi, I Have a very strange case
that my car Nissan Qashqai 2014 when I try to click the cruise control button it appears like the picture I can see the logo of the cruise control
when I Switched off the car and Switched on again
its appear
Any help, please

You need to be doing over 30mph for CC to be active i think has it ever worked on your car ?
