Strange thumping / clicking noise coming from Engine

I have a 2015 Nissan Qashqai (J11) Acenta Smart Vision 1.2 DIG-T CVT (Petrol). There is a strange thumping / clicking noise coming from the engine when accelerating / revving. Here is the video: [https://1drv.ms/v/s!Apf3jfw0F2iNgQeg6_B ... 2?e=EblJyb].

The car has done 47,000 miles and has been serviced every year (7 services - part Nissan main dealer / part other dealer). No dashboard warning lights, no fault codes and drives OK.

Any ideas on what this noise or issue could be?

Sounds to me like the dreaded timing chain . Common fault on the 1,2 petrol engine.use the search and you will find loads of threads about it

This is not timing chain issue and it is not necessarily a fault, the turbo bypass solenoid circuit has no way of preventing back EMF so when the solenoid is released instead of just moving back it is powered back in reverse and makes the noise.

Easily sorted by putting in a diode between the 2 wires, I think the juke from 2016 have the diode in the circuit so they don't do it but the qashqai didn't get one until later so some early ones make this noise.

Does anyone know which Diode to buy and how to fit it (or the type of garage that would know how to do it)? Most garages do not know. Thanks.
