Error Code P1205 - (Injector Circuit Open / Shorted - Cylinder #5) - Help Diagnosing

Hi folks,

We've a 2011 J10 1.5dci and it currently has both red and yellow engine lights on. The code it's throwing is P1205 (Injector Circuit Open / Shorted - Cylinder #5) - that's what my ODB tool is telling me at least. Any ideas on where to start with this one?

From some research, it looks like it's related to an injector just before the exhaust manifold which injects fuel into DPD for regeneration.

I've also found the attached images showing where it is, and what it looks like.

I had it up on a lift (admittedly with not much time) yesterday and couldn't seem to access it - does anyone have any ideas on where this might be?
