Hi all, so I've had my J11b (2019) for approx 2 weeks now everything was going fine until I did a manual wireless update to the latest software version (0821).
Since then, the Bluetooth has been VERY temperamental for calls in the car. E.g calls cutting off, people can't hear me, I can't hear them, massive delays before the call appears on the screen. I didn't have any of these issues for the week I was using just prior to the update.
I've tried all the obvious thing...
- restarted phone
- unpaired / repaired Bluetooth device
- hard reset the infotainment system
I guess my questions were...
1) Does anyone know if it's possible to reinstall the same version (as when I check for updates it's showing I have the latest one no option to reinstall.
2) can you rollback software versions
3) is this sort of thing covered under the 1 year nissan warranty
I've contacted my dealer already who will get back to me after the weekend, just wanted to check on here if anyone has experienced anything similar. Thanks

Fingers crossed... as I've not heard of others with any such issues on 0821.
