When I use the rear washer water is coming out a burst in the supply pipe above the little window in the rear. Various Google searches tell me this is where there is a joint in the pipe/tube and its not uncommon. Basically take off that side panel and repair.
Car still has 6 months if warranty to run so I booked it in to a Nissan Garage (we are 3 hours from the nearest one). They tell me it could be a big job as entire roof panel might need removing and that they need it for 3 days!!
Has anyone got experience of this? To me it's an easy fix. Is the garage "at it" because it's warranty work they can claim back or could this be complicated? Given how far I am from garage, I just can't do 3 days, esp when they've no courtesy car available. Thank you

If the car is under warranty - either get the dealer to come and collect the car - or go to the dealer and get a loan car.
