Does anyone know this fuse box cover?

Hello all, I have been experiencing a very annoying issue with my J11 2015 Qashqai.

I noticed I was missing the cover to one of the fuse / relay boxes. It is at the front of the car behind the passenger side headlight. I contacted Nissan and they have sent 3 incorrect covers for the box, and seem to not have an idea how to find the correct one: they have been entirely useless.

I can’t add a picture but it is a rectangular shaped box, fairly deep into the car right behind the headlight. Not the big weird shape one, it’s long and fairly thin.

If anyone has a clue as to which cover it is I need to buy please let me know!

I have paid Nissan 3 times to send a cover, every time they have sent one which is not even close to what I need. If anyone knows which cover or box this is please let me know!

This is what you need but think you will have trouble just getting the top cover alone.
