All the sellers i have seen online with the same as what was in your photo all have the same fittings kit with them.
They are all listed as upto 2014, the ones for 2015+ are completely different.

2015, that link is listed as 2015 but is supplied with the wrong mounts

Send them back get a refund and order the proper nissan ones and enjoy 😁
