It is usual that the position where you locate a OEM scissor jack is different from where you put a trolley jack. The trolley jack would go on a flat surface normally. Not on a ridged part. Looks to me like you've jacked up the car in the wrong place for a trolley jack and caused the damage. When I watched my car being jacked up to have all season tyres fitted the fitter looked under the car each time and identified a suitable place to raise it with the trolley jack. The manual shows only the point to use an OEM jack not a trolley jack.

From the photo it doesn't look like rust but staining from the underbody protection.

Why were you jacking it up? Is something wrong with the car?

>> think you had better take it back to your dealer and get them to look at it.
Thank you. I will look into it.

By the way, the scissor jack 99550ey20a may not be compatible with 2022, 2022 is not on the list:
Compatible Vehicles:
NISSAN QASHQAI 2006 TO 2010
NISSAN QASHQAI 2010 TO 2013
NISSAN QASHQAI 2014 TO 2017
NISSAN QASHQAI 2017 TO 2021
NISSAN QASHQAI PLUS 2 2008 TO 2010
NISSAN QASHQAI PLUS 2 2010 TO 2013

After going through the used ones listed on eBay, I have concluded that the scissor jack design varies from model to model.

The car is OK. I have a spare wheel (1/1). I need to practice the lifting process with the jack, in order to be ready if the tyre goes flat. I travel some remote places so I must be ready for it when it happens. Each vehicle has a different behaviour. Thank you once again for the information.
