Having problems with my QQ, struggling to start now, but also last week was struggling to drive it couldnt get past 3000 RPM. diagnostics machine saying fuel sensor? is this limp mode? also been told could be timing chain?

Timing chain replacement interval is I think 175,000 miles and generally they don't cause problems.
