Update!

Was contacted by Arnold Clark on Monday 22nd to inform the that the car needed 1 new injector and as you can imagine, I asked why not replace all 4 and was told that "unless they're showing a fault, they can't be replaced". (shrugs)

I was notified on Thursday 25th (via text) that the new injector had been fitted and that there was still a "running concern" which they need to look further into. I was told I'd be updated by close of business Friday and received nothing. At this point I'm almost ready to give up the ghost with this car, especially since Arnold Clark don't like to elaborate what exactly constitutes as a "running concern".

Although my time to return the car has lapsed, I've been assured that, until I can have any repair work independently verified by my own mechanic, I still have an option to return.

Was I asking too much to ask for all 4 injectors to be replaced?

I've been on the phone voicing my concerns and asking for technical breakdowns on so many occasions, that I'm actually sick of hearing my own moaning now :D

Jerrycan and some matches seems like a viable solution atm :D
