Knocking noise when reversing and accelerating at low speeds

Hi,
I have a 14 plate Qashqai 1.2 Dig T. I have only had the car 6 weeks but already had multiple issues. The latest is a “knocking noise” coming from underneath at the front. One garage thought it needed engine mounts replaced, replaced all 3 and noise still there. I took it to another garage and they said they had no idea where the noise is coming from but seem reluctant to start, as they said, “pulling it apart” and it isn’t serious.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I have it booked into a third garage end of August but I’m worried they won’t know what to do either. Any help would be really appreciated.
