parking sensors faulty

Hi everyone
I need some help before it goes to a garage.
My j11 has got a problem with its parking sensors
The parking sensor button is flashing and not constant anymore. The camera picture to the left has a cross on it over the parking sensor symbol and the markings showing directions of travel are not turning amber/red on manoeuvring.
I’ve changed the buzzer in the back but still not working and I’ve had a go at changing the settings but still nothing!! There are no warnings coming up on the display either.
Any suggestions??
