J11 Battery volts/internal alarm sensor

Hi
I have a 4 year old Nissan battery. Yesterday after being not used for a week, I got a stop/start system fault display, it's been ok today so far. last time I had this fault the battery was on it's way out. Two questions please
I have checked the voltage in the radio, 12.27V with everything off, 13.20V after starting again everything else off, are these normal ?
Does the internal alarm sensor cause any battery drain ? if I had switched it off, would the power saving be significant in a week ?
