I've just bought a 2008/9 Qashqai and it has an old FM radio, can anybody a decent DAB radio that's not going to break the bank?

I've recently bought a Qashqai J10 Facelift 2012 and I've ordered this to replace the factory unit: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001641266706.html
I haven't yet installed it, but I did some research before ordering and it's gotten pretty good reviews from reviewers on YouTube saying it's one of the best Android units they've tested.
I'm planning on eventually trying to add DAB to it somehow but it's not a priority.
They (T'eyes) do have a DAB adapter on their own website (https://teyes.eu/products/dab-usb-adapter) which they say work well with their units.

When the time comes for me to look into DAB though I was hoping it'd be possible to use the current wiring and perhaps just swap the antenna on the roof?
I found this when searching around, which makes it sound like it'd be possible to just unscrew the original and put in the new antenna, but I'm not sure yet if the wiring supports that or if it needs to change to make DAB etc work:
