Hi, updated Connect to the newest version yesterday, all went well. Then updated maps via a usb stick, downloaded and installed into car fine then got this screen which has now been on for 24 hrs saying "navigation system starting up". Is there any way I can reset it? Thanks

Welcome to the forum

I'm sure I recently read something similar where the poster was informed that you can only update the maps via WiFi.
I might have misunderstood but I successfully updated the maps on my 2019 Tekna on WiFi

Hi thanks, would there be any way I can reset back to original settings? I've checked youtube/google and any resets I can't seem to get to work. Thanks

Sorry, I have no idea - I’m that bloke who’s a nuisance at the dealer if anything I don’t understand happens

Yeah, that was me....

Except mine won't update via WiFi either.....

Versions on my 2019 QQ are as follows:-

That's exactly what my version information says as well, as there's no map version at all on there I was wondering if the usb took the maps rather than copied them?

Have you tried going into the hidden menu and doing a factory reset?

Is that the "Initialise Settings" option - if so, YES...

Tried that, and it's still saying NO UPDATE available...

Our original poster COULD try a Soft Reset, by holding the ON/OFF button for about 10 seconds until the radio re-boots???

How about the self diagnosis of the GPS unit. Hold the Menu key down and twiddle the OK button back and forth thru 180 degrees until you see the menu option

It may depend on software and hardware mix but I can still do this:

prev 2015 1.2 DiG-T n-tec+, black (J11)
