J12 Tekna + Qashqai Ikey issues

Hi people, I recently took delivery of a new J12 QQ Tekna +. Really happy with it but I have started to notice a few issues with the Ikeys not setting the correct user profile depending on which key we use. Also a few settings in the infotainment don't seem to save and require setting up again each time the car is started.
Obviously these aren't particularly fatal issues but I was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar.

Can’t help, sorry, I'm the sole driver of my car and haven’t read up on this feature.

I may be wrong but my understanding is that the personalise mode linked to the key is only available with Tekna + not Tekna. I may be wrong. On Yekna think you have to select it through the entertainment screen.

I should have been more clear Steve, it is a Tekna Plus model.

As it is a Tekna plus, I think using the key should result in the profile saved against that key being implemented. So I do think you have an issue.

Absoluteley, the drivers side mirror doesn't always fold out either.

I think the mirror not folding/unfolding has been mentioned - something like a software patch that sorted it out
