Those brakes even seem ... worn out to me!?
I hope discs are still ok and not yet engraved? !

So can you pull off in 1st separately using Battery or Engine drive. Or is it fixed in one or the other?
.
The car starts moving using the engine.
There isn’t an electric motor so battery only supplies power to the starter motor under extreme acceleration, presumably this adds some oomff - I guess the majority of QQ owners will never experience this effect
...

The Nissan website lets on that its a "Mild Hybrid" which appears to be about Starter Motor assistance here and there. I've seen similar on RN torpedoes (StingRay). The propulsion is an aircraft starter motor and uses a sea water battery. 8 minutes to run and target seeking by sonar.

It means (to me) that the powertrain is conventional and unless there's some other jiggery pokery around the clutch/gearbox there is no way that the vehicle can be driven backwards by a forward gear....

No - the issue must be physical gear selection and some sort of misalignment in the connection between gear level and gearbox allowing it to go into reverse instead of first.

Just couple weeks ago I have noticed the brakes squeaking as grinding to a halt or braking at various times. This should not happen on a brand new car off the showroom.

Another issue I found was when put into first gear at times from halt, the car would reverse as you hit the accelerator (no I am definitely on 1st gear) and I am on level ground with auto hold on I would need to put it back to neutral and try 1st gear again for it to even move. Glyn Hopkins acting like "oh that shouldn't happen but ok" but I gave my car in today so lets see.

Anyone else seen any identical issues to this on their new car?
I, among many other problems, have the annoying squeak of the brakes
Did you get it checked? They keep saying there's nothing wrong but surely a new car shouldn't squeak?
Tomorrow I take it to the dealership and see what they tell me

They did not find anything abnormal. However, now they no longer emit any screeching

Well after having a new clutch assembly 1k miles in due to creaking noises, a silly stop start that turns off and restarts when temp is set to eco, I now have a loud rumbling at low speed so either a mis shaken tyre or wheel bearing?
Also as of tonight a ‘parking sensor system error’ on the dash.
4K miles so far and not impressed.

I have encountered a fault with my K12. HUD seems to be working on some starts and when I turn car off and start it again, it wont work. Doesn't turn on from the button and HUD is greyed out in settings menu. Booked a visit to my dealer in few weeks. Will get tailgate adjusted at the same time as well since left taillights aren't aligned properly.
