Unit arrived in 8 days but tried to fit today and found I have the wrong leads any ideas ir I can adapt

Got the unit today but with the wrong leads any ideas if they can be adapted ?

Just fitted a Siosmart unit in my Quashqai j11 but cannot get the DAB to work got the free DSB but unit not necognising it any ideas please?

@Unofon I believe you have to reset the headunit (reset hole on front) and it should work. You'll also need to make sure you have a DAB app such as DAB-Z.

Has the issue of screen positioning been sorted for RHD PARKING ASSIST?

The overlay for PA is set for LHD. I have been hoping it gets updated in a OTA update, but nothing so far. It is annoying but mostly only really if you're doing a lot of manual adjustments with PA.

If you look at the second picture on the first page, you can see the writing isn't perfectly aligned. You can either turn PA off and the writing goes away or its something I've just don't notice anymore. Tbh it was really annoying in the beginning as I do notice the details! Rooting and editing is an optio,n but not simple and not something I've done.

I had the same issue and found the DAB stick that fits into the female USB port is very lose. Mine must have come apart enough for it to stop working when I pushed the unit back in. I had to remove it again, push it back together and I used some insulating tape to make sure it doesn't come apart again

I have just fitted mine exact same problem just updated the software and now working fine.

Does anyone know if these units support data tethering via Bluetooth so that I can give the stereo internet access via my mobile phone without having to use a WiFi hotspot?

Data tethering would have to be via wifi.

So either Carplay/Android auto or hotspot. Foregoing that, you can use simcard.
