Thank U for the video!
I believe that it has some wrong infos.
For example he says that there isn’t digital radio.
It’s difficult not have when the same time the 9inches supports it.

All we have is to wait and see.

It's not wrong info. Remember this is an Australian spec model.

First DAB is more in its infancy in Australia and perhaps Nissan thought it not worth bothering with?

Secondly it's the e-power version which we haven't seen properly before - note the different gearshift:

Remember the Connect alteration to the J11B took about six months to go through - from about September to February.

... 'gearshift' ??? Why do we even need that in the new QQ e-power version since an EV is suppored to have no 'gears' at all !???

It can't need a "CVT/Xtronic" 'shifter' anymore !!!???

DAB ... In the US they use Sirius XM satellite radio AFAIK.
Down under ... DAB ???
BTW in Australia are most drivers over there not using Carplay : Spotify and internet Radio / streaming ?

I spoke to my dealer as my car's arrived, he did say the screen is normal one they normally ship with, so I guess the brochure from April was misleading with the 12.3" NissanConnect Display.

He did say he needs to check the car properly as it's in the compound and he will send me video of Car on Monday for me to pick up on Tuesday. Hopefully he's wrong but I doubt it, will get to the dealer and bargain something by saying this is the brochure from before I ordered it.
Did they send you the video ??

There is a listing on ebay that shows the 9" unit and the nice thing to note is that the unit is one body with the plastic facing on the unit. So it looks like a drop in replacement might be able to fit. All yours for £500

The million dollar question is have they got new connections on the back to support the new units and have to replace the wiring loom on all new models going forward (including the bose models) or will the unit be identical on the back. My hunch is that the new unit will be drop in as they would have to change the tooling on more parts to fit the newer unit across the board which doesn't make sense. Saying that, it's Nissan after all. Fingers crossed

@iqzy. Sorry to learn this.
My guess is that the type of infotainment displays is fixed on the day of ordering the car.
Would be logical/to be expected because if people don't get what was ordered they are entitled to fully cancel the deal.
As I wrote earlier before I got my Tekna+ : I probably would have tried to canced the deal (but luckily I got everything that was I ordered and truly satisfied, even with the 9" screen).
If Nissan would have delivered the 12.3 screen and system though ... that would obviously been different as I would have loved that even more !
