AFAIK nobody knows for sure, except that even for the new 12.3 infotainment system Wireless AA is not mentioned (only wireless carplay).
However, It is always possible to order an Android "AAWireless" dongle and get Wireless AA that way !

Thanks ST09.

But I read using the link below the Youtube video :

" ... with wireless and wired Apple CarPlay, wired Android Auto ..."

So still NO STANDARD Wireless Android Auto !

And also ...

" ... The new (12.3") screen represents a significant upgrade over the 9.0-inch display previously confirmed for top-end Qashqai variants in September last year
– and as of writing is even not available in Europe or the UK, the latter being where the car is built...."

So the 12.3 inch screen is, reportedly, not available yet ... not even in the UK !???

I would still, reluctantly, trust what Nissan's website says over a comment in an Australian video.

This thread reminds me of a J11B thread.
New cars were being delivered with two different Connect systems - some were lucky enough to get CarPlay compatible versions and some received the version from the J11A.
If I remember correctly there was enormous difficulty upgrading.

I spoke to my dealer as my car's arrived, he did say the screen is normal one they normally ship with, so I guess the brochure from April was misleading with the 12.3" NissanConnect Display.

He did say he needs to check the car properly as it's in the compound and he will send me video of Car on Monday for me to pick up on Tuesday. Hopefully he's wrong but I doubt it, will get to the dealer and bargain something by saying this is the brochure from before I ordered it.

Back in december last year the dealership already mentioned a J12 intermediate change was underway.
We now know what it is.
I then got the car with the 9" infotainmant screen/system though (as everyone else at the time AFAIK).
Problem with it is this ... when we ordered it was clear to me -and to probably anyone else that ordered before april- we were still getting the, now, old system.
Upgrading ??? ... I would certainly love to be able to do that, but I sure won't hold my breath !

Problem is they are advertising 12.3" on their UK site, but shipping cars out with the usual 9" display for people that even ordered after March.
