J11 2016 blower removal
just bought a 2016 qashqai, but got a £300 discount as blower fan not working. A brand new resistor has been fitted and dealer said it was the blower motor that has gone. Ive had a good look and have removed glove box, but it seems the blower motor is located drivers side and seems impossible to remove. Are there any guides on J11 blower fan removal ???
in the electronic service manual is all you need to know
Qashqai J11, 1.6 dCi CVT, ThermaClear

after 5 hr of struggle today to remove clutch pedal and all that , i realise that motor won't fit trough the gap anyway .
I looked in the manual at vtl-17 and pretty much useless .
All it says is to remove conector and pull motor out ,but there is not enough space .
have you fixed yours ?
Just in case anyone else will be reading this sometime later , it's a pig of a job to do .
Taking only the clutch pedal out won't clear enough space for motor to be taken out . Mine almost did , but then i realised surely new one can't go in same way , as it will probably brake by the time it's pushed in .
I'll leave this picture here .

Hi
I’m actually in the process of doing this job, I’m struggling to remove the clutch, let alone dropping the steering column.
The clutch pedal mount is stuck behind the steering column. I removed three bolts holding the pedals mount. Is there any guide or advice on how to get this job done?
Thanks
