Sorry, I can’t help but welcome to the forum

Hi sorry, it was so brief I couldn`t get the keyboard to work properly. I had an AC Condenser replaced at Holcroft and a couple of weeks later I opened the bonnet and this cover of some sort was lying on top of the battery I can`t see any obvious place to fit it so it`s a bit of a mystery. I sent the picture to Holcroft but they couldn`t help which I thought was a bit strange, they did ask me to take the car back but it`s a 2 hour round trip so not too keen on that. The car is a 2016 Qashqai Tekna, this part does not affect the car in any way but I would like to find where it goes it has a tin piece of foam on it and looks like it pushes in and clicks. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Cam.

is it not a bit of trim that goes along the top of front grill when you lift the bonnet up, have a look along near the bonnet lock see if anything missing

can you lay it flat and take a picture - or note the part number , call a Nissan dealer parts dept and ask them to high light its place on the car

Thanks, everybody apparently it fits near the condenser behind the front grill.
