Qashqai Model: Mk.1 Qashqai - J10 (2006–2013)

Post by PaKs »

Hi, I'm new here. I just bought a 2008 J10 1.5 dci Qashqai that has some problems. Before I'd take it to a mechanic (if really needed), I'd try to fix what I can if possible.

My actual question is that does this car have an oxygen sensor at all? I'm pretty confused now because based on different types of searches (Google, YT, and even here in the forum) I haven't found any matches, except items that fit to the newer series of Qashqais from 2013.

Could anyone help me on this? Thanks.

Should do because its essential for correct combustion....in all engines

Look along the whole exhaust system for a short cylindrical object (sensor) with 2 or 3 electrical wires attached. Go from exhaust manifold to last 2 foot toward tail pipe.
