Time to make a noise to Nissan customer services , or get an independent opinion and use that
I know, I couldn't believe how much they had put in! Then when I went back this week they tried to tell me the oil hadn't changed because it was within normal limits & I had to remind them they had put way too much. I think you are right, I will have to do something, they aren't taking this seriously at all. Thanks for the advice.
