Headlamp washer issue

Hi
So someone bumped the front of my car yesterday and the passenger side headlamp washer cover has disappeared, the connecting washer parts have been pushed inside, I'm not sure if they are damaged or not.
My question is: Can it be accessed by removing the headlight or is it a bumper off job? I've ordered a new front cover but want to check the condition of washer part before ordering.
The annoying thing is I'm literally waiting for Nissan to notify me in the next week or 2 when my new Qashqai will be delivered, this one being the part ex for that deal.
