Congratz xavpiq !
To get that kind of MPG over such a distance is near perfection.
Of course in 'sport' mode (instead of 'ECO') it might be not have been that great, but still ... !
I truly question whether the new e-power QQ could improve these results by a big enough margin to justify the extra cost (a price that, AFAIK, we still don't know).
Thanks QaiFan! ECO mode is slow indeed, but for commuting is fine. BTW with my previous car (5008 2.0 Hdi 150 hp manual) I was able to do 19 km/l (53.7 mpg) on the same trip.
As for the e-power QQ, I think it will improve consumption in the city.
E-power may indeed be perfect for driving in city centres where hybrid cars can drive 100 percent on batteries. But I hope the newer tech e-power QQ will even feature improved mpg on the highway!?

But that's not going to be the case with the increasingly-becoming-common-knowledge pointlessness of the e-power version.
AutoExpress reports:
... all-electric zero emissions running will be limited to around one mile only.
... and:
The battery that comes with the E-Power drivetrain is 2.1 kWh in size. You can drive it fully electrically for a while, so without the fuel engine starting, but then you won’t get further than 1 or 2 kilometers.
Thanks gloucester, that's valuable information!
Even a true hybrid, not even a PHEV, can drive EV longer than a few miles.
But still, and just in my case the new e-power model might be interesting because I, daily, do a number of short rides around town!??? People doing longer distances might also benefit because of that special 1.5l 3cyl engine. I am still looking forward to the first reviews on the e-power version that report on the average MPG compared to the mild hybrid QQ.
Am I glad to have found this thread!
I am on my third Quashqai in 7 years, previous two were diesel I now have petrol 1.3DIG-TMHN conpanroof and am spending a fortune on petrol,
I have done 2362 miles since February. I have put in£3/400 at least since delivery.
Example On Friday last week I had mileage left at 70 miles. I put in £50 of petrol. Gauge on leaving the garage then read 356 miles. Drove 50 yards to a junction and gauge read 347. have driven just one 60 miles to today 16/05 and gauge reads 230. I am a newbie to these sites, first post, so would value ANY advice.
I always push the nozzle right in then fill to the third click, then religiously record fuel and mileage readings then put it all in a spreadsheet. Then you know exactly what consumption you're getting.
Ignore the onboard range indicator since that will change based on driving style at the time.
@ronhou
FWIW, I have done about the same mileage you have.
Can only compare against my former gasoline 2.0 and 1.8 gasoline engine cars ... were Berline/Saloon types, not SUVs.
MPG I now get with my 'mild-hybrid' J12 is better (to be expected!), but not by that much.
Gasoline is of course no/never Diesel and mild-hybrid is no true-hybrid.
IMHO I can be satisfied by getting anywhere between 22 and 40 MPG in Sport mode - and 6MT 156 BHP version).
I have seen reviews on Youtube from which I learned MPG of our mild-hybrid SUV to be at least as good as other similar(!) offerings.
*Any* SUV-Diesel should do better though regarding MPG ... no surprise there.
Hello everyone!
Nice to be with all of you in Nissan Qq forum!
I can't translate mine fuel consumption to MPG, but in liters I spend aproximately 6,8 per 100 km after 2000km. Mine Qq J10 (2.0l petrol engine 141hp) spend in same usage 9 liters per 100 km.
