Hi
Does anyone know what the official service interval is for the new J12 Qashqai MHEV? The handbooks talk about the intervals being tailored to the type of use I can't find any figures.
Current car: 2021 Qashqai Tekna+ DIG-T MHEV CVT
Previous car: 2019 Qashqai Tekna+ 1.3 DIG-T 160 DCT

I think I did find 1 year or 30 000km, whichever comes first from my manual.
Current: Nissan Qashqai 2021 J12 1.3 MHEV 158 Xtronic 4WD Tekna+ (Magnetic Blue)
Previously: Nissan Qashqai 2008 J10 1.6 Acenta with glass roof

I’ve checked the Maintenance Record book as the dealership have always applied custom stickers tailored to my individual Qashqai’s over the years. It says first service at 18,000 miles (under normal driving conditions):

Also, the NissanConnect app gives a live update too:

I also took out a 3-year service plan which has the mileage per year:

Now: 1.3 Tekna DIG-T 158 MHEV J12 ~ LED Front Fog Lights ~ Ceramic Grey with Pearl Black Roof/Grey Interior
Before: 1.2 N-Connecta DIG-T 115 J11B ~ Heat Pack ~ LED Pack ~ Vivid Blue (Sep 17-Oct 21)
Previously: 1.2 N-Tec DIG-T 115 J11A ~ Blade Silver (Nov 14-Sep 17)

Many thanks to all for the help. I see that I should have something stuck in my Maintenance Record booklet but the page is blank....

I've just got the Nissan Connect app on my phone and sure enough, it tells me when my next service should be. Thanks Sandgrounder

Just wondering if you do under those miles do they just do minor ones to give an example my car is a 68 plate Skoda and has done 18000 miles in those 3 years. So by all accounts it would be just reaching first service if it wasn't for the fact they put in first anniversary.
Before Skoda Karoq SEL, virtual dash, heated screen.

Now: J12 Nissan Qashqai
1.3 DiG-T MH 158 Xtronic Tekna, Automatic, Petrol arrived 23/12/21

No - you normally have to alternate a major/minor if doing less than the specified mileage. It's only with higher mileages that you'd add in an extra minor service.

I've always had to go with the Major/Minor regime even though I only do barely 5k - less over the last year. My Ignis just went through 11,111 and it's over three years old.

Nissan wouldn't even "allow" me to drop the pollen filter replacement which is unnecessarily an annual replacement - pointless after such a low mileage and effectively a £40 "tax" to get a full Nissan service history - which wasn't even checked when I traded it in!
