Hi guys,
Need so advice please.

I have just changed my IDPM module to cure a wiper issue.
While I now have wipers, the engine will not turn over, no click nothing.
Do I need to programme the IDPM and if so is it something I can do or do I have to take it to a dealer?
Or will swapping the electronics from one IDPM to another do the same job?

There is nothing explicit about configuring a replacement IPDM unit in Nissan diagnostics...unfortunately.

However, IPDM is responsible for much of the vehicles power distribution and protection. For the starter motor solenoid to operate the BCM unit must enable the Starter relay within IPDM itself...and that is enabled via the BCM unit and ignition key system.

Perhaps your newer IPDM unit has faults? Perhaps the IPDM has to be registered to the car...not sure about that as info not available.
