Hi, just joined and after some help if possible.

My J10 keeps blowing the 30A wiper fuse.
I unplugged the front wiper motor, disconnected the selection stalk from the steering column.
I have also unplugged every relay I can see in all three fuse boxes and the fuse still blows.

The relays I cannot locate are the relays for the wipers themselves. I know the rear wiper keeps working no matter what.

Can anyone please tell me where these relays are ?
I suspect they are in the box with the fuse,
If anyone has any ideas as to what the issue is I would be grateful.
Thanks

Steve

Welcome to this forum.

There is a partial answer at viewtopic.php?t=8939 but I hadn't noticed the last posting to which I didn't response (and I don't know!)

Let's hope the more knowledgeable people pop in.

There are 2 relays (HI and LO Speed) and a 30A main fuse...The fuse maybe numbered as 44

The fuse and both relays are in the IPDM unit which is not a normal fuse box.

You'll need to check the wiper motor and wiring to it.
