Hi all. Just got a new to me 2010 J10b. I love it.

I want to change the stereo though from the installed Connect system to an android head unit.

I've searched all the posts here so know what extra bits i need for the steering wheel controls and to keep the original tensing camera (don't have 360).

However I just want to make sure I'm getting the correct size head unit. Measured mine and its an 8 inch screen, but the sizes of ones I see on Amazon and the Bay of Fleas seem to vary from 7 inch to 10 inch screens.

Can anyone confirm what will fit please? Mine has the Nav, Bluetooth surest unit installed.

Thank you for that. I've had a look through prior to posting on here. Some say they are 9" units, some 8". Some also say they arent suitable for replacing the Connects Unit only the standard radio!

I think I'll just get the original unit out and check the dimensions, or get the same model some some have already fitted.

Welcome to this forum.

I think the size of the box is standard DIN isn't it? The display size will vary depending on the model chosen?

Thank you for your responces. So I've checked it all out properly and is I keep the current surround its a 178mm fitment, or to get a bigger screen I can get, as Gel posted, one in a replacement surround.
