Hello Everybody

Bought my car qashqai 2019 in May when checked the spare tyre it was empty only one of those spare tyre spaces with foam tube and machine to put air in to the tyres

What I would like to do is buy a new tyre a jack and a tool to remove the wheel if i have a puncture

Any one know how best to do this

Thank you

Check with a Nissan dealer, they used to be about £150

Occasionally, a member on here sells one they no longer require.

Be careful buying from eBay, etc. as there are stories going around that some wheels sold on there are not genuine and made of poor quality materials.

Welcome to this forum.

Not sure what you mean by "best" - best what?

Dealer is surely best but not necessarily cheapest - which you might mean by "best".

Could always make sure your breakdown cover is in place and that it covers your wheels and tyres. Must be cheaper than getting a spare wheel which may, hopefully, never be used.

I bought mine years ago - and transfer it from car to car - all Qashqai to date

It would inevitably be more than £130 since if a spare wheel is provided when supplied they will save money on the emergency foam and inserts.

Nissan charge £100 for the wheel excluding tyre, over £100 for the jack and over £100 for the inserts - from https://shop.nissan.co.uk/collections/n ... 17-to-2021

You'll be at about £230 with the right Continental Space Saver Tyre/Steel Wheel and accessories. Usually sold as a complete kit
