Phone connection to Qashqai.
Hi All, I have the 65 plate Nissan Qashqai 1.2 dig t Acenta, Every now and again the car asked for my Samsung A21 phone to be re authentication it can take up to 20 minutes to get reconnected. It can do this for several days and then it connects no problem for weeks until it all starts again. This is my third Qashqai, I never experienced this on the other two. It has been into Nissan and they say they can’t find anything wrong with it, their instructions are to un pair the phone and the car, tried this many times it makes no difference, any ideas or have any of you had the same problem.

Thats the default reset procedure. Did they show you...with their phone.
Also, is your Samsung system software up to date. Am not familiar with Samsung.
