Currently experiencing Storm Arwen, Part 2.
As per my previous Qashqai’s, the fuel economy takes a hit with strong winds! Best today was 38 mpg against 50 mph gusts
🌪🌧

I managed to fill the car to the brim with petrol this morning. The approximate driving range is showing as 510 miles, which is about 30-40 miles more than my previous 1.2 QQ would show at this time of year.
Mpg improving too - 49.9mpg with 110 miles on the clock

The Intelligent Park Assist must still be available on the new J12, according to the user’s manual (where fitted/country specific?).
There should be a separate button near the wireless charging pad?

Another “chime” to get used to I guess - this is to remind you that the fog lights have been left on!

This feature definitely won't be needed in our French friends cars. They'll have no need for it. If they can't find a suitable gap, they literally bump the cars in front and behind out of the way until the car fits. I was horrified the first time I went there and someone did it to me... even though I was sat in the car, he was actually shocked when I jumped out of the car in anger!!

Really, wow! I won’t be visiting France with a brand new car, that’s for sure, especially with all the sensors, radars and cameras on or near the front and rear bumpers!

Yes, genuinely that bad. It became a great source of entertainment for me, counting how many cars I would walk past before I could find one with no scratches!!
Good point about all the parking sensors etc. This was going back nearly 15 years ago, I wonder if they have changed their habits... I doubt it!
