gearbox crunch

Hi all, I have a problem with my QQ its a 2016 15dci manual the problem I have is the car drives fine no problem but after about 30min driving it starts to crunch between 1st and 2nd gear, if I park up and leave it a while its fine again. I was thinking about doing a gear oil change the car has done 55000 miles. Does anybody have any ideas of what it could be. Thanks
