That wait is pretty normal for factory orders at present.

When I placed my order a few weeks ago, some of the main dealerships here were quoting 9-12 months for factory orders, so with that in mind, it doesn't seem so bad!

Have you got a delivery time for your order?

What have your ordered?

They did say up to 9 months but they expect it May/June time.

I got really lucky (unless there are unforeseen circumstances). I'd been looking around for a Tekna + 158 2WD auto. Looked at a few that were showing "in stock" on Nissan's website at various local dealers. After hearing of the 9-12 month wait, I actually placed an order for the 2022 Focus ST (which was still going to be May-June).

But, much to their credit, the Nissan dealership contacted me several times and were keen for me to come in. As luck would have it, they had a customer cancellation, but the build was still in the factory queue - so as long as I didn't mind getting the ceramic grey with black roof (wouldn't have been my first choice, but certainly a colour I can live with), they said I could have it at the end of Jan.

Wow that’s really lucky for you. The Ceramic Grey does look very nice. I could not decide between Magnetic or Gun metallic. Went for fun as I feel the colour looks so good on the new Qashqai.

My deal does think with any luck the build time will come forward. I live near the factory and have been in a few times it’s amazing inside.

Just an update from me - Ordered Early Dec and just heard from the dealer that I've got a date in MId April for my Tekna.

That’s good news on your Tekna. Hope mine comes about the same time.

Dealer is saying showing as back order.

We in Australia are not expecting the new Qashqai until the first quarter of 2022!Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh!
