Radio unit dead or not?

My first post here, apologies if not appropriately sub-topic'd.

Few days ago my display on QQ'09 with Touchscreen (double din) didn't fire up when car started. Another day later, it fired up as normal, but went dead while driving, and came back up again, and dead (no audio or screen) a few mins later. Yesterday, it fired up as normal, but after some minutes of driving screen went black, but radio was on, and wouldn't turn off (didn't respond to volume/power button) even with keys removed (previously it used to turn off when engine was off). I pulled the fuse out to turn it off. Checked/replaced fuse (F12 15amp on interior fuse box).
surprisingly, there was a little spark on F12 fuse socket when I inserted a new fuse - with engine off and keys removed. The unit is still not firing up on key ON.

No other known electric problems.

Any thoughts or directions?

Welcome to this forum.

I'm not an expert with radios but I suppose you could check all the connectors are seating properly. Doesn't sound good though :(
