Sat nav problems

My qashqai 2020 keeps giving me wrong info
In the main windows (radio) sat nav might say turn left (which is wrong ) but the small screen infront of steering wheel says straight ahead (correct)
Also a couple of times sat nav has completely reset itself (lost all previous journeys ect) whilst I’ve been driving and using sat nav

Sat nav has again sent me to wrong place today , put in postcode and it sent me into the centre of town instead of 2 miles away . Had to use maps on iPhone in the end
Not happy this car is only 9 months old

Not familiar with that system. Binnacle display is a slave of the headunit I suspect but suffers(?) processing on the way

I have a Nissan qashqai 2015 sat nav will not allow me to put in air code (Ireland)
Anybody have a solution to this?

I have heard of this on the forum before but can’t recall what the solution was to fix the problem.

Äthers, you should not even be bothering finding the problem (except out of interest OK) on a 2020 Model, this sort of problem is a Nissan Guarantee one something that you paid for with the QQ for 3 years. Let them sort it for, you paid good money for the facilities included - Dave
