Rear double seat belt stalk

Hi.
I need to buy a rear double seat belt stalk to replace my correct on which is broken.
Could anyone recommend a good site (other than eBay) where I could buy one without getting my eyes ripped out at Nissan.
I have a 67 plate, 1.5D.
Also. Would the local garage be able to fit or could I do it myself?
