New owner, J10 mk2 2.0 diesel

Hi folks,
Just bought my first Nissan, a 2011 Qashqai J10 mk2 n-tec with the 'big' 2.0 diesel.
Bought primarily as a tow-car for our (fairly light) caravan, where the extra torque of the bigger diseasel is very welcome.
The to-do list so far is as follows:
Rear brakes
Handbrake only works on one side
Rear wheel bearings noisy
Front wishbones noisy
Front ARB links clattery
She's reluctant to start cleanly when cold
Oh, and as a welcome gift, she split the crank pulley the other day, so I ended up being recovered!
