Error code P0381

Hiya guys
My 2010 qashqai +2 is playing up
I’ll be driving around and no trouble but as soon as I’m cruising about like on a motor way as soon as I get above 2500rpm
Red engine light comes on , turbo stops working , very sluggish and error code P0381 comes up.
Seems odd to be glow plugs as it will take a while for this to happen so the plugs have done their job.
Any advise be great thanks
